Dale Miller
Attorney-at-Law
Dale handles estate and probate, real estate, and business matters, as well as appeals.
Dale graduated with honors from Empire College of Law, in Santa Rosa, California in 2016. Dale has a business background, successfully operating small businesses for 30 years. Dale has also served on the boards fo several non-profits and industry associations.
Dale likes to kayak the Tomales Bay, watch the 49ers, and is a pretty good cook, a skill he learned from his mom.
Ray Schmidt
Attorney-at-Law
Ray focuses his practice on estate planning, trust administration, real estate, and business entity formation and compliance issues. He enjoys working with families to develop estate plans which secure their legacy. He counsels trustees on trust administration, handles real property transactions, and guides clients through the process of asset distribution to beneficiaries.
Ray graduated Cum Laude from Empire College School of Law in 2016 and was awarded the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Wills and Trusts and Professional Responsibility. Ray is also a licensed private investigator.
Ray loves hiking the local mountains and has been an avid music enthusiast since his early days playing music in the French Quarter in New Orleans.
